All buyers / renters that have met your search criteria have specifically indicated that they are looking for what you have. Brydgit provides you the opportunity to contact the buyer / renter. Once the buyer / renter responds, it is up to you to further evaluate their qualifications.

Firstly, you are not disclosing any specific information until the buyer responds to your original contact. Secondly, the buyer / renter is looking for exactly what you have which makes putting together a deal a whole lot easier and quicker.
